Many of our visitors have very hectic jobs, so when they have the chance to get away to 'Casa de Serafina,' they have the chance to relax and unwind in beautiful and comfortable surroundings. We have taken special care in decorating the house and have furnished the rooms in "Modern Mexican". There will be refreshing moments in the morning watching the sun come up from the roof-top terrace or enjoying evening fireworks while lazing in the Jacuzzi… perhaps with a glass of wine.
Our house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has arched doorways and windows, rustic tile floors everywhere, and is complimented with designer furniture. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort, and a well-equipped kitchen makes in-house dining a joy and if you like a personal cook is available.

located one block from the Cuale River on a cobblestone back street 
(away
from the hustle and bustle of the luxury hotels). It is within walking
distance of the beach (15 blocks), 5 blocks from open-air markets, shopping.
The house is spacious and has cable TV, DSL,/ Wireless internet and free
telephone with unlimited calls to US and Canada. Restaurants and small
groceries are in the neighborhood and the bus stop is only 1 block away.
Private patios with lush tropical foliage are on every level of the house. Small grocery shops, fruit markets, and bus stops are just down the cobblestone street. Los Muertos beach is a 15-block walk. The Cuale River is just 1 block away. Restaurants are in the neighborhood.
Fully equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator with filtered drinking water and ice, electric counter-top stove, microwave, garbage disposal, blender, coffee pot, electric wok, fondue set, deep-fat fryer, toaster, dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking spices, cooking pots and pans, small and large sauce pans, non-stick skillets, colander, and microwave-safe containers. Also, the small kitchen has many kitchen items including, measuring cups/spoons, electric can opener, bottle opener, corkscrew and more.
Rooftop Terrace: Outstanding redesigned Bar (refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, and glasses), TV/VCR, stereo and cd player, Jacuzzi, Propane BBQ, patio furniture and a dining nook with a glass-topped table.

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, air conditioner, telephone, TV/VCR, full bath with shower and 2 balconies
Guest Bedroom Upstairs: Double bed, ceiling fan, access to master bathroom, beautiful private patio with table and chairs.
Downstairs Bedrooms: BDR 1 King-size bed, ceiling fan, BDR 2 has a double bed with ceiling fan.
Ground-floor Patio: Lush tropical foliage, fountain, patio furniture, propane BBQ.
Rates:
Low Season (May 1 - Oct 31) $150 USD per day
High Season (Nov 1- Apr 30 except holidays) $200 USD per day
Holidays (Nov 20 - 28 and Dec 20 - Jan 3) $300 USD per day, 7 day minimum
for all holiday reservations.
Rates include twice-weekly maid service and we have a washer and dryer for your use.
